As we can all agree, the media has been filled with daily reports of the growing concerns over Zika Virus (ZIK-V) and rightly so. While the virus has been found in neighboring countries in the region and has created much controversy, we are happy to say that TO DATE, Belize is ZIKA FREE! Thanks for this goes to the health agencies involved with educating the public on preventive actions and in seeing that these and other actions occur within our borders.
